Do I have to sign a long term rental agreement?
We do not require customers to sign rental agreements longer than one (1) month.
Do you prorate the rent when I move out?
Unlike many storage facilities, we do prorate your rent when you move out.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, ACH, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®. We also have an ACH and Credit Card Payment Plan in which we can automatically apply your payment each month.
Why don’t you charge move-in administrative fees when almost every other storage facility does?
Each customer is a blessing to our business, and we don’t believe anyone should be charged to simply fill out a rental agreement.
What type of lock do you recommend I purchase for my storage space door?
No matter where you purchase your lock we highly recommend using a disk lock. We do sell stainless steel high security disk locks just in case you need a lock.
Do you keep a key to my storage space?
No, you stay in control of your storage space by placing your own lock on the door. We do sell stainless steel high security disk locks just in case you need a lock.
What does “drive-up accessible roll-up door” mean?
This means that you will never have to lug your goods down long narrow hallways or up stairways and freight elevators. Just pull up to your door, roll it up, unload, roll it down, lock it, and go. It’s that easy!
Do you have corridors, stairs, or elevators?
No, all of our storage spaces are drive-up accessible.
Can I give a friend or relative my key and code and allow them to access my space?
Yes, as long as they have your key and code, we do not mind them accessing your storage space.
Is there a way to find out if someone accessed my storage space?
Yes, we can pull up the activity log of the storage space. This log gives us the date and time the storage space was accessed. We can also play back the recorded TV surveillance to glean more information.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
Office hours are the hours the business office is open. During these hours you can rent storage spaces, pay bills, and purchase packing supplies. Gate hours denote the hours you have access to your stored property.
Am I required to purchase insurance for my stored goods?
Yes, most storage facilities state in their rental agreement that the stored property must be insured. Sometimes homeowner’s and renter’s insurance policies already cover your stored goods, so check with your agent. We also provide a low cost solution that most of our customers take advantage of.
